Tropical 2 Bedroom Spacious Next To Pool (Adults Only), San Juan

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! The room I had, the La Fortaleza room, was decorated uniquely and furnished with all the comforts one could ask for, including kitchen utensils. It was much, much bigger than a standard hotel room. The service was top-notch, with staff like Estee and Rob being extremely helpful, giving us many tips about the area and making us feel like family. The location, just a block from Ocean Park beach, was perfect for a relaxing getaway, although the immediate area is very residential. The dining experience, especially when the mango tree dropped fruit right in the courtyard in the morning, was phenomenal. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while smaller than expected, had a comfortable queen mattress and a convenient kitchen. The service was exceptional, beyond accommodating and always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was ideal, a short drive from the airport and walking distance to the beach and local amenities. The dining was phenomenal, especially when the mango tree dropped fruit in the courtyard. However, the room size was a downside, and the dining was limited to eclectic British dishes.

I loved every moment of my stay at this charming hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the service was exceptional, and the location was unbeatable. The only downside was the somewhat limited dining options, but everything else was fantastic.
